- A minimum of 3 years of experince in a similar role within the hotel industry is required.
Technical Expertise:
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experiemce with electro-mechanical systems (HVAC, electrical, and plumbing).
- Experience with energy management and building automation systems is a plus.
Leadership Skills:
- Proven ability to lead and manage a tecnical team effectively, with strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
Communication & Interpersonal Skills:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively with staff, contractors, and senior management.
