Job Description
A service coordinator is primarily responsible for overseeing the coordination and implementation of services provided by an organisation. They act as the point of contact for clients, service providers, and internal teams, ensuring that all parties are aligned and working towards a common goal.
This role requires to schedule Internal & OEM Service Engineers and spare parts to fulfill service requirements, these include, Assessments, Start up, Preventive & Corrective Maintenance, and Emergency Callouts, Modernization projects, Digital Services. Serve as the intermediary between clients, internal teams, and external service providers/vendors to fulfill service delivery needs.

Required Skills
- Assess the service needs of clients and optimise service engineers allocated time and schedules
- Schedule and follow up maintenance, training, emergency visits
- Manage external partners services
- Schedule Site Survey, Start ups/Commissioning in conjunction with the Project Department
- Create and maintain a database of clients and client needs and ensure customer database is kept up to date
- Coordinate spare parts, delivery and retrieval
- Manage internal and external orders
- Ensure each client is given the necessary services and follow up to fill ongoing service needs
- Monitor and Enforce and technical updates needed
- Schedule appointments for clients, answering phones, and tracking clients’ service records.
• A good academic education
• 2-3 years of industry experience or a related customer service experience required
• Previous company product experienced is a plus.
• Previous coordination roles and administrative experience preferred
• Awareness / familiarity with electrical terminology and concepts.
• Previous Uninterruptable Power Systems (UPS) product experienced is a plus.
• Competent computer skills such as MS Office, CRM and Service Management Software
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal) in English
• Strong time management skills in order to meet deadlines in a fast-paced work environment.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Respond to complaints and resolve issues or matching clients with better services.
