Job Description
A Sales Office Coordinator will provide administrative support for Sales Department. You will work closely with Commercial Manager to complete various administrative functions, answer and direct incoming telephone calls, greet guests professionally and courteously and update all data necessary for sales department.
What will I be doing?
As a Sales Office Coordinator, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills when answering incoming phone calls and taking messagesEstablish and maintain an organized filing system
Communicate with other departments' sales administrative staff to ensure a smooth operation
Prepare all necessary monthly reports
Communicate with other departments and assist as needed
Prepare new data as neededAssist in creating documents for management team as needed
Translate documents for management team
Attend operations and company meetings as needed/directed
Create and mail letters to various clients and vendors
Prepare and control all necessary sales tools including documents and brochures
Responsible for training newly hired sales support team members
Support other sales support team members as needed
Assist in supporting tasks at other sales galleries when needed
Responsible to keep correct gift inventory
Other supporting job duties as assigned by management
