People and Culture Administrative Assistant works directly and actively support the role of the People and Culture Coordinators and Managers.

Ideal Candidate

We are looking for individuals who possess

• Ability to conduct advanced level business correspondence in Turkish and English language Proficiency in the use of office equipment Preferably command of computer media software such as Photoshop, Movie Maker, etc.
• Ability to operate computer equipment and /or software systems including but not limited with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) on the level of experienced user
• Professional, service oriented, eager to help co workers, adoptable with changes
• High level of professionalism and integrity while maintaining the confidentiality of the hotel
• Advanced proficiency in English and Turkish
• High attention to detail, strong organization skills, result orientation and the ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
• Dynamic adaptability and flexibility to the needs of hospitality industry work schedule
• A positive attitude and a can-do approach to any task
• Applicants are preferably 0-2 years of experienced in hotel operations and preferably University Degree.
