Order Taker

• To deliver the brand promise and provide exceptional, friendly, courteous and professional guest service at all times.
• To serve food and beverages to guests, according to the established standards of performance and service sequence established for the outlet.
• To handle all guest and internal customer complaints and inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner, following through to make sure problems are resolved satisfactorily.To have a solid knowledge of Food and Beverage items.
• Attends pre-meal briefings and monthly communication meetings.
• To know VIP guest requests and follow up on regular guests.
• Assures that the telephone orders are taken in accordance with Hyatt standards.
• To use upselling techniques.
• Responsible for all aspects of cashiering procedures.
• To participate in training sessions and implements.
• To have high performance, productivity, self-confidence well grooming.
• Assists in keeping the log book.
• Informs Room Service Team leader or Brizo Manager for any special request or feedback from the guest.

Good command of written and spoken English

Diploma/ Certificate in Hospitality Management specialising in Food and Beverage or Tourism Management desirable

Communication and Guest Relations Skills

Customer service and Food and Beverage service skills

Minimum 2 years work experience

Prerequisite is experience in the Hotel, Restaurant
