Self-motivated and results-driven Operations Coordinator who is responsible for the overall coordination of the Turkey Tourism, Maintaining accurate and up-to-date information on all confirmed services. Ensure the proper execution and development of the department, by leading their team members to deliver the highest quality of services to the customers.

Manage and coordinate drivers Schedule and transportation
Liaise with vendors, ensure tour itineraries run smoothly, handle customer inquiries or issue with utmost care.
Managing calls from customers in travel and responding to any questions or concerns effectively
Coordinate with various departments to ensure efficient our operations.
Make sure that the vehicle does not come empty while returning back from the tour.
Keeping Confidentiality – Not to share the following information & data with others (drivers, colleagues, customers, 3rd parties, Competitors, or anyone else from the company)
Customer Data. Costs & Prices Data. Agreement Details. Management Information.Company's Properties (Numbers – Quantities – Values – or any other information)
Must have knowledge and idea of the below Platforms:

Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by monitoring service quality, addressing customer feedback, and resolving issues promptly and professionally
Ensuring that all requests are processed within specified time schedule
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date information on all confirmed services
Basic Knowledge of tourist programs like; Touristic place and location, routes, latest restaurants and café, Entertainment Activities etc.
Keep abreast of industry trends and developments to protect technical knowledge,
Analyze the company's profitability and efficiency, and obtain reports from relevant units and departments
Regularly visit customers, develop relationships with customers, and represent the company at a high level in the eyes of third parties
Day to day follow up the business activities of the company.
Control and supervise the driver's performance according to the company polices, and ensure their commitment to the quality of standards
Direct communication with the drivers and tourist guides while tour programs are processing
Coordinate directly with the outsource service providers while specifying the services to the customers.
Perform duties as required by the business, circumstances, and requirements beyond those listed above.
