“We invite you to work in the position of “Night Auditor” in the Front Office department of our attractive and elegantly designed Wanda Vista Hotel, which serves with the concept of residence and hotel within G-Hospitality by Mar-Yapı.


JOB DESCRIPTION

• Greeting and registering guests in accordance with company standards.
• Be familiar with all company sales procedures and promotions
• To be aware of the hotel's room availability at all times.
• Ensure the security of all cash, property and valuables accepted as safe deposits and maintain the confidentiality of hotel and customer information.
• Ensure that all documentation related to check-in and check-out procedures are completed.
• Ensure that all telephone calls are accurately monitored and recorded and that messages are relayed to guests or management as quickly as possible.
• Informing guests about all room types, rates, promotions, in-hotel services and the city,
• To provide the necessary communication in resolving guest complaints,
• To easily fulfill the transactions of guests entering and leaving the facility
• To make invoicing transactions,
• To ensure the controls of posting master and cash register operations,
• To ensure communication with the Night Manager and/or relevant managers regarding problems that arise at night,

• Graduated from Tourism and Hotel Management or Vocational School related departments of universities
• Good command of professional English
• Preferably knows how to use Opera program
• At least 1 year of international hotel experience in similar positions
• Guest satisfaction oriented employee
• Strong empathy and teamwork skills
• Open to development and professional innovations
• Taking care of appearance and personal hygiene
