- Menüye ve misafir taleplerine uygun yemeklerin sunulmasını sağlamak,
- Çalışma alanlarındaki hazırlıklar reçetelere tamamıyla bağlı kalarak tamamlamak,
- Çalışma yerlerinin temizliğine azami dikkat göstermek,
- Yüksek standartlarda, hızlı ve kaliteli bir servis sağlamak,
- İş Sağlığı ve Güvenliği talimatlarını bilmek ve uygulamak.

- Tercihen Aşçılık bölümlerinden mezun
- En az 1 yıl 5* yıldızlı otellerin Mutfak Departmanında çalışmış,
- Hizmet bilincinde ve misafir memnuniyeti odaklı,
- Hijyen ve kişisel bakımına dikkat eden,
- Ekip çalışmasına önem veren,
- Vardiya sisteminde çalışabilen,
- Erkek adaylar için askerlik görevini tamamlamış.
