Avrupa Yakası Taksim Bölgesi'nde bulunan, Uluslararası Otelcilik Zincirine bağlı Barcelo İstanbul Otelimiz için "Mini Bar Elemanı" olarak görevlendirmek üzere çalışma arkadaşları aramaktayız.
- Mini bar ürünlerini takip etmek,
- Mini bara ait tüm malzemeleri kontrol etmek,
- Hijyen kurallarına, kişisel temizlik kurallarına uymak,
- Malzeme stoklarını yapmak,
- Misafir çıkışlarında mini bar kullanımlarının ön büroya bildirilmesi,
- Genel bir mini bar envanteri almak ve tedarikler azaldığında yiyecek hizmetleriyle koordineli bir şekilde çalışmak,
- Mini bar görevlilerinin mini bardaki her bir öğeyi son kullanma tarihleri için kontrol etmesi,
- Mini bara ait tüm malzemeleri korumak, zarar görmelerini, zayi olmalarını engellemek.
Aranan Nitelikler
- Üniversitelerin veya ilgili meslek okullarının Turizm ve Otelcilik bölümlerinden mezun olan,
- İlgili pozisyonda en az 1 yıl tecrübesi olan,
- Otelcilik sektöründe kariyer yapmak isteyen,
- Yiyecek - İçecek sektörünü takip eden, yenilikçi,
- Kişisel hijyen kurallarına özen gösteren, prezantabl ve güler yüzlü,
- Erkek adaylar için askerlik görevini tamamlamış olan,
- Esnek çalışma saatlerine ve vardiyalı düzende çalışabilecek
