MICE Project Manager - India

MICE Meeting and Group Event Project Manager for India will be responsible for receiving, evaluating and creating proposals for clients in India. These proposals will include MICE, Weddings and Private Events.
MICE Meeting and Group Event Project Manager – India must be able to quickly communicate with hotels, dining venues, entertainment companies and other vendors in order to gather cost and include it in the offer.
MICE Meeting and Group Event Project Manager – India must have extensive knowledge of travel itinerary planning, approximate costs of all aspects for each venue.
The individual must have excellent attention to details and be able to work individually without requiring extra assistance from management team.

MICE Meeting and Group Event Project Manager Responsibilities:
Receive requests from partner agencies in India
Prompt response to all communication
Gather data from hotels and associated vendors
Prepare an offer and share with the partner agency in India
Continue communications in timely manner
Submit contracts if the offer is confirmed
Submit all deposits prior and final payments after the event takes place
Communicate with all departments regarding different details of each event
Be ready to travel when the client requires to assist during events in other parts of Turkey

University Graduate
Excellent spoken and written English
Knowledge of Hindi is a plus
Good knowledge of Turkish
At least 5 years of experience in Travel, DMC, Private event industry
Proficiency in Microsoft office (emphasis on Excel)
Fast thinking
Multitasking ability
