Job Description
As a Human Resources and Training Coordinator for the Hilton brand, you will play a pivotal role in coordinating and implementing departmental activities and projects. This comprehensive role is designed to provide clerical and administrative support to department management while achieving training objectives across the hotel. You will identify training and development needs in collaboration with Line Managers, the HR Manager, and the Training Manager, ensuring that the hotel delivers an exceptional staff experience.
Training and Development:
Provide high-quality training to internal customers
Assist in coordinating and managing professional qualifications.
Develop and implement the in-house training plan.
Identify training and development needs across the hotel in collaboration with Line Managers/Heads of Department, HR Manager, and Training Manager.
Assist department heads in achieving their training objectives.
Prepare, organize, manage, and conduct in-house training courses.
Plan and facilitate training sessions, including Recruitment and Selection, Discipline, and Grievance handling.
Ensure all new employees complete departmental and legal training requirements.
Employee Engagement:
Organize and manage departmental meetings and training sessions tailored to employees' training needs.
Assist in organizing team member social events to enhance employee engagement.
Conduct absence follow-up in accordance with company guidelines
Maintain and update the online personnel system, payroll system, and monthly reporting.
Track employee leave and maintain personal files.
Ensure an elaborate and efficient filing system and maintain office supplies.
Ensure compliance with the recruitment and selection process.
Conduct immigration checks as required.
