GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a Housekeeping Manager for Ramada by Wyndham Arnavutköy Hotel located at Istanbul Airport district.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Preferably University Graduate (Graduated from Tourism & Hotel Management or Business Administration departments)
  • At least 5 years of experience in managerial positions,Preferably worked in international chain hotels,
  • Ability to use hotel operating program ( OPERA ) and MS Office programs effectively,
  • Experienced in organizational transformation,Following sectoral developments,Problem solving, planning and organizational skills,
  • Successful in human relations, strong communication, strong empathy, effective speaking, persuasion and representation skills,
SUMMARY JOB DESCRIPTION
  • Ensure the satisfaction of the guests during their stay by performing cleaning operations at high quality standards.
  • To ensure that housekeeping activities are carried out within the framework of written documents and that the records specified in the documentation are kept.
  • To determine the goals and policies in accordance with the main strategies in order to ensure the efficient, effective and adequate use of all resources given to it for the continuation of hotel activities and to ensure that all employees working under it work in this direction.
  • To ensure the functioning and management of all units within the Housekeeping Department.
  • Supervising and evaluating the performance of all personnel under his/her responsibility within the framework of job descriptions and operation procedures, and establishing the right internal communication so that his/her employees are aware of the issues related to the department processes.
  • To perform and report the controls defined in the procedures for the control of service quality, to take and ensure that necessary actions are taken, to follow up and to develop ideas for continuous improvement of the processes managed.
