Housekeeper

We are seeking candidates for the following position on behalf of our valued client during the recruitment process.

Position Objective:
The Housekeeper is responsible for maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for guests by ensuring high standards of hygiene and orderliness. The role also involves supporting daily housekeeping operations and contributing to the overall guest experience.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Perform daily cleaning and sanitization of guest rooms, common areas, and assigned spaces.
• Change bed linens, towels, and other guest room amenities as per standards.
• Replenish guest supplies and maintain an inventory of cleaning materials.
• Ensure the proper use and maintenance of cleaning equipment and tools.
• Report any maintenance issues or damages to the housekeeping supervisor.
• Follow health and safety guidelines to provide a hygienic and safe environment.
• Assist with laundry services, including washing, ironing, and folding.
• Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor while interacting with guests.
• Support the housekeeping team in delivering excellent service during peak times.

Required Qualifications:
• Graduation from a vocational school in tourism and hospitality.
• A minimum of A2 level proficiency in German (higher levels preferred).
• At least 2 years of experience in housekeeping or a similar role.
• Knowledge of cleaning procedures, tools, and safety standards.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
