Avantgarde Refined is seeking a dedicated Guest Experience Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in providing our guests with an unparalleled stay, ensuring their experience is memorable and exceeds expectations from arrival to departure. This role requires a passion for hospitality, a commitment to service excellence, and the ability to maintain the highest level of guest satisfaction.
What We Offer:

- Address and resolve guest queries promptly and efficiently, providing accurate information about the hotel services, amenities, and local attractions.
- Proactively anticipate guest needs and preferences, customizing their stay with personal touches that enhance their experience.
- Coordinate with various departments (housekeeping, F&B, spa) to fulfill guest requests and manage reservations or bookings as needed.
- Collect and manage feedback from guests, using insights to improve service and address any issues.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hotel promotions, pricing, and special events to provide guests with relevant information.
- Ensure guest data is accurately entered and managed within the hotel’s CRM system, adhering to data protection and privacy policies.
- Participate in regular training sessions to improve skills and stay informed about the latest hospitality trends.

Aranan Nitelikler
- Previous experience in a guest service role, preferably within a luxury hotel setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a guest-oriented approach.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- High level of attention to detail and a commitment to providing exceptional guest experiences.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
