Required Skills

Requirements:

At least 10 years of management experience in international hotel chains, with a minimum of 5 years in a General Manager Role
Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field
Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage
Strong strategic thingking, problem-solving, and financial management skills
Excellent communication and leadership abilities
In-depth knowledge of hospitality trends and innovations
Customer-oriented work ethic
Flexibility to work variable hours
