Front Desk Receptionist

We are seeking a professional and friendly Front Desk Receptionist to join our boutique hotel in Bodrum Yalıkavak. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and check-in/out guests with warmth and professionalism
- Manage bookings, reservations, and inquiries (by phone, email, and in person)
- Provide accurate information about the hotel, rooms, services, and local attractions
- Handle guest requests and resolve issues efficiently
- Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments for seamless service
- Maintain records and perform administrative tasks using hotel management software

Requirements:

- Proficiency in English (spoken and written); additional languages are a plus
- Previous experience in hotel front desk or customer service is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Presentable, polite, and guest-focused
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with hotel reservation systems
