We are looking for Financial Controller at Dedeman Oskemen Tavros Hotel.
This five star hotel is located in Oskemen City, Dedeman branded management property, with 133 rooms.


Responsibilities.
Traveling in Kazakhstan required.
Manage day-to-day company accounts.
Assist with financial planning.
Oversee Budget forecasting and cash flow management.
Ensure government compliance in all tasks.
Monthly PL preparation.
Monthly Balance Sheet and Trail Balance account reconciliation.
Annually Budget Preparation.
Three months PL forecasting.

Qualifications.
Understanding of US GAAP and USALI 11th edition.
Kazakhstan interest.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, with a minimum of 5 years experience.
Proficiency with financial software. (1C is a current software in use).
PL reporting software is excel. Excel proficiency is required.
Speaking and writing in Russian (optional).
English is upper intermediate level or more in writing and speaking is required.
Preferable Turkish speaker.

Experience.
US GAAP and USALI 11th edition.
Kazakhstan experience is advantage.
Four / five star chain hotel experience of minimum 5 years.
Preferable working experience at international management chain hotel.
Usual experience at Opera - Front Office program.
Full understanding of Opera Trial Balance reconciliation daily to input data to accounting.
Experience 1C Accounting program is preferable but not necessary.
Understanding USALI.
Financial Controller will train local staff for hotel daily and monthly functions.
İncome postings, General Cashier Postings, A/R postings and other functions.
Financial controller will make sure Trial Balance of Hotel will reflect the pure and correct data and numbers.
Financial Controller will coordinate and under his/her leadership, month end Balance Sheet accounts full reconciliation will be backup and Assets and Liability file will be organized.
