Export Operations Assistant Specialist

As Carglass® Turkey, we are looking for an “Export Operations Assistant Specialist” to join our dynamic and rapidly growing team at our Head Office in Sancaktepe.

The main task is to provide support in operational phases by specializing in export processes. This includes tasks such as preparing orders, organizing shipment, tracking customs clearance, assisting with logistics processes.


Tasks: 

• Having (learning) general knowledge about the technical specifications of the products sold,
• Managing system entries and tracking procedures for returns, price differences, invoice corrections, collections, and all export-related operational processes in line with procedures,
• Handling documentation, such as Bills of Lading, packing lists, certificates of origin, invoices, and commercial agreements,
• Arranging shipments,
• Maintaining shipping records, keeping accurate documentation, and interacting with freight agents,
• Tracking customer payment details and informing the relevant departments,
• Building and maintaining business relationships with existing clients,
• Recognising customers' needs and requirements and respond to them with appropriate solutions,

• Bachelor’s degree from reputable universities,
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Export Operations,
• Excellent command in English, additional language is an advantage,
• Good knowledge in Microsoft Office,
• Preferably knowledge of ERP:Sales Order & Reporting
• Trustworthy, reliable and a strong team player,
• No military obligation for male candidates,
• Residence at Istanbul Anatolian side is a must,
