“We invite you to work in the position of “Manager on Duty” in the Front Office department of our attractive and elegantly designed G Rotana Hotel, which serves with the concept of residence and hotel within G-Hospitality by Mar-Yapı.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• To observe all employees working in their shifts to work in accordance with hotel rules and procedures, to observe inappropriate situations and to give feedback by making necessary interventions,
• To manage the operation by reading the MOD report before the shift and taking information such as end of day and intraday occupancy rate, expected guest type, etc., and making the work plan of the shift under his/her responsibility in line with this information and coordinating with the relevant units,
• To fulfill the situations that can be solved by contacting the guest in special requests and complaints reported by the guest within the framework of guest satisfaction,
• To check all service areas of the hotel at the end of the shift and to ensure that preparations are made in coordination with the relevant units for the next shift.

• Graduated from undergraduate or associate degree programs of universities,
• He will be responsible for all  pm shift operations and administrative processes of our hotel,
• Preferably at least 2 years of experience in 5-star hotels,
• Competent in management, planning, organization and problem solving,
• Ability to use MS Office programs effectively,
• Experienced in reporting,
• Problem solving skills,
• Strong management and organizational skills,
• Strong communication skills, prone to teamwork,
• Guest satisfaction oriented,
• Adopted the principle of providing friendly service,
• Diction is smooth, taking care of appearance,We are looking for a teammate with analytical thinking and leadership qualities,
