Job Description: As the DMM at Techno Sourcing , you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of our operations within Turkey and near-shore countries. You will play a critical role in driving the company's growth, profitability, and market presence in the region. You will play the role of an experienced and dynamic leader who can develop and execute strategies to achieve operational excellence and contribute to our company's success.



Key Responsibilities:
1. Operational Leadership: Provide hands-on direction and leadership to ensure the smooth and e,icient operation of all merchandising functions within the country collaborating with cross-functional teams.
2. Business Development: Identify and pursue opportunities for growth and expansion in the region. Develop and implement strategies to increase market share and revenue. Regular connects with BU heads to increase the business size in the region.
3. Team Management: Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing team. Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment, promoting professional growth and development among team members.
4. Financial Management: Manage the sales and Gross Margin budget. Monitor these metrics and take proactive steps to ensure business targets are met.
5. Supplier & Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers locally and key clients through Business units. Ensure that customer needs are met and strive to exceed customer expectations.
6. Risk Management: Assess and manage risks associated with merchandising operations within the country. Develop contingency plans and risk mitigation strategies for all operational metrics [including but not limited to On-Time delivery, quality, full shipments, etc.]
7. Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and present regular reports on the customers’ operational performance to senior management. Utilize data and analytics to make informed decisions.

• Bachelor's/ master’s degree in business, management, or a related field
• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience, with a strong track record in merchandising management
• Proven experience in sourcing operations, achieving growth and gross margin targets
