Director of Food and Beverage F&B

Job Description:

We are looking for a passionate Director of Food & Beverage to elevate the guest experience. This role involves managing restaurant, bar, night club, room service, minibar and wide range event operations while focusing on profitability and guest satisfaction. 

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all F&B operations
• Implement service standards to enhance guest satisfaction
• Prepare department budgets, control costs, and develop revenue-increasing strategies
• Develop and update menus and beverage lists
• Manage recruitment, training, and development of the F&B team
• Supervise procurement processes and conduct stock control
• Create innovative concepts aligned with guest and market trends
• Ensure compliance with Hyatt brand standards and pass operational audits successfully

Candidate Requirements:

• University degree (preferably in Tourism, Hospitality, or related fields)
• At least 5 years of management experience in F&B operations at the same position.
• International chain management hotels experience is a must
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Experience in financial analysis and budget management
• Excellent communication skills, solution-oriented, and creative
• Fluent in English (additional languages are an advantage)
• Ability to work flexible hours
