We provide Dentistry services with Dentist Adem Can Karaçor and Treysi Tekok.

  We are looking for a 'Clinic Coordinator' who is passionate about organizing and overseeing the daily activities of our Oral and Dental Health Polyclinic in Vital Fulya Plaza.

Field mission:

• Clinic Coordinator shapes the medical experience, organizes and oversees the daily activities of the clinic.
• In addition, he/she is the keystone of the entire operation.

Requirements:

• Advanced level of English, 
• Energetic and passionate, 
• Great communicational skills, 
• Maintaining good dialogue with patients, doctors, assistants and other staff,
• Tech savvy, proficiency in MS Office applications, 
• Excellent organizational skills, 
• At least associate degree graduate, (preferably Public Relations, Tourism Hotel Management, Accounting, etc.),
• At least 5 years of experience, 
• Punctual, Presentable and good diction, 
• Able to adapt to a busy and dynamic working environment,
• Prone to teamwork and able to take initiative, 
• Creative and analytical thinker, 
• Strong empathy, representation and persuasion skills, 
• Strong planning, coordination and reporting skills, 
• Aiming for a career in the health sector.

Job Description:

• Coordinating the patient flow and organizing the appointment list in the most appropriate way,
• With the highest level of patient satisfaction; you will be able to take an active role in processes such as welcoming, guiding, registration and fee collection,
• Answering incoming calls and e-mails according to the clinic's standards,
• Helping patients to get information about our services and ensuring that they get the right information,
• Able to follow up preliminary accounting and paperwork,
• Provide and follow the communication between patients, physicians, employees and the laboratories,
• Problem solving, taking initiatives when it comes to unexpected measures,
• Other tasks given by management.
