We invite you to assume the position of "Corporate Sales Executive" in the Sales department of our G Rotana hotel, which offers luxury housing and hotel concepts within G-Hospitality by Mar-Yapı.

- Analysis local market trends and competitor activity to identify business leads,
- Carry out daily effective physical sales activities, with a number of quote instructed by Manager,
- Negotiate room rates/packages with corporate clients,
- Generate event/group inquiries from accounts and collaborate with Group & Banquet Sales department,
- Continuous update of mailing list and account / contact profiles of his/her account base,
- Prepare company contracts for the hotel in accordance with current business and pricing conditions,
- Work within current business strategies and recognising potential opportunities,
- Develop customer accounts and travel within the local area to drive business into the specific hotel /cluster and to increase market / customer share in all revenue streams,
- Corporate with other departments in the hotel to create an exceptional guest experience and build strong, comprehensive sales programs,
- Operate the hotel reservation system to book rooms,banquet venues etc..,
- Conduct site ,inspections and entertainment in the hotel,
- Schedule and develop sales activities and obtain approval from the Corporate Sales Manager, maintaining and developing customers in the region or industry according to the plan,
- Attend Sales events, as required,
- Answer customer queries in a prompt and professional manner,
- Welcome key customers, team leaders and VIPs to the hotel when they arrive as required.
Required Skills
- University degree in a related discipline preferred,
- Preferably a similar wireless experience,
- Excellent communication and organization skills,
- Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities,
- Ability to work within a team,
- Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in English Language.
