THE ROLE :

We are looking for the potential candidate for Cluster Account Manager – Travel Trade position in our Legendary Hotel Hilton Istanbul Bosphorus.

What will I be doing?

As a Cluster Account Manager – Travel Trade specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

• Authorization to make decisions within the framework of the task area described
• Carry out sales negotiations within the framework of agreement with the Team Leader
• Work collaboratively with reservation and revenue teams
• Coordination of the hotel’s sales activities with the aim of optimal room occupancy and high accommodation and F&D sales and other revenues
• Development, design and calculation of attractive offers for, travel agents.
• Managing contacts with regular customers, key contacts
• Ensuring permanent observation of the market and competitors; monitoring the sales results
• Preparation of FIT seasonal contracts with current business strategy and market conditions
• Development and updating of the customer index file and its follow up
• Carry out mailings, FAM trips, invitations by consultation with the Sales Representative
• Answer customer queries in a prompt and professional mannerIdentifies new travel trade business opportunities
• Commitment to delivering a high level of customer service
• Carry out daily effective physical sales calls with a minimum number of 4 calls a day and/or 20 calls a week, ensuring the coverage of his/her account base according to potential priority in a timely manner.
