Aranan Nitelikler
- Tercihen Üniversitelerin Mühendislik veya ilgili bölümlerinden mezun,
- Otelcilik sektöründe en az 10 yıl tecrübeli,
- Beş yıldızlı otellerde ilgili pozisyonda 6 yıl deneyim sahibi,
- Makine arızalarını, sistemi aksatmayacak şekilde en kısa sürede giderilmesini sağlayacak,
- Tüm departmanlarla teknik koordinasyonu gerçekleştirebilecek,
- Elektrik, elektronik, mekanik, sıhhi tesisat ve donanımın planlı bakım, arıza bulma ve giderme işlerini yapabilecek
- İletişim becerileri yüksek, insan ilişkilerinde pozitif ve başarılı
