En az lise, tercihen üniversitelerin Turizm ve Otel İşletmeciliği, Gastronomi vb. bölümlerinden lisans düzeyinde mezun,
Alanında en az 5 yıl görev almış,
Uluslararası mutfaklar, üretimi, servisi ve A'la Carte bilgisine hakim,
Ürünlerin hazırlığında reçetelere uyum sağlayabilecek,
Ustalık belgesi, hijyen ve sanitasyon, mesleki eğitim sertifikalarına sahip,
Sorumlu olduğu görev alanının, üretim aşamasından sunum aşamasına kadar tüm işleyişine ve iş disiplinine hakim,
