İş Tanımı:
- Bulaşıkhane departmanının tüm operasyonlarını yönetmek ve denetlemek,
- Bulaşıkhane personelinin eğitimini planlamak ve uygulamak,
- Bulaşıkhane ekipmanlarının düzenli bakımını sağlamak,
- Gıda güvenliği ve hijyen standartlarını takip etmek ve uygulamak,
- Bulaşıkhane departmanının bütçesini yönetmek,
- Bulaşıkhane envanterini düzenli olarak kontrol etmek ve raporlamak.
