Aranan Nitelikler
- Tercihen Yüksek Okul veya Üniversite mezunu,
- En az 3 yıl alanında tecrübe sahibi,
- İyi derecede İngilizce bilen,
- Maliyet kontrolü konusunda deneyimli, raporlama ve analiz becerisine sahip,
- Takım çalışmasına yatkın, hedef odaklı ve bu hedefe takımı ile ilerleyebilen,
- Marka değerini doğru şekilde temsil edebilen ve takımı ile bu değeri gösterebilen,
- İnsan ilişkilerinde başarılı, misafir memnuniyeti yaklaşımını ön planda tutan,
- Planlama becerisi kuvvetli, çözüm odaklı, inisiyatif alabilen ve stratejik düşünebilen,
- Diksiyonu düzgün pozitif
- İçecek ve miksoloji bilgisi olan,
- Bar hijyen standartları konusunda bilgili,
- Belirlenen standartlar dahilinde içeceklerin hazırlanmasını ve servis edilmesini sağlayan ve gerektiğinde hazırlayan,
