- Üniversitelerin ilgili Turizm Otelcilik, İşletme vb. bölümlerinden mezun,
- Banket satış alanında en az 3 yıl deneyim sahibi,
- Çok iyi derecede İngilizce bilgisine sahip,
- Ms Office programlarına hakim,
- Toplantı ve davet organizasyonlarının takibini ve yönetimini sağlayabilecek,
- Organizasyon ve koordinasyon yeteneğine sahip,
- Satış ziyaretlerini gerçekleştirecek,
