Assistant Spa Manager

We are looking for a Assistant Spa Manager who is dynamic, creative, pro-active, analytical approached, enthusiastic, innovative and has strong problem-solving skills.To ensure the smooth and efficient running of the Spa and Fitness Centre as a successful independent profit centre, in line with the operating concept and Hyatt International standards, ensuring maximum guest satisfaction while operating within budget, helping to ensure its financial success.

Qualifications

 Previous luxury hotel experience
Knowledge of the Spa Operation
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage budgets and resources effectively
Minimum of 3 years experience in management position in a Luxury Hotel Health Club & Spa or related field.
Professional appearance and is always well-groomed
Fluent in written and spoken English and Turkish, multilingual preferable
University Graduate, Travel and Tourism, Spa Therapy or Fitness Recreation certified
