Assistant Guest Relations Manager

We are looking for a Assistant Guest Relation Manager who is dynamic, creative, pro-active, analytically approached, enthusiastic, innovative and has strong problem-solving skills.To ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the Front Office Department and all related Guest Services in delivering the brand promise. To achieve maximum sales and guest satisfaction, and adhering to the standard of service required by the hotel.

? Assists in the preparation and updates of the Front Office Departmental Operations Manual.
? Assists the Front Office Manager to conduct regular communications meetings and ensures that departmental briefings and meetings are effective and conducted as necessary.
? Represents the Rooms function on the hotel's Executive Committee in the absence of the Front Office Manager.

University degree
At least two years experience in a similar position with international hotel chain prefeably opening hotel
Good communication skills
Good command of written and spoken English preferably second european language knowledge
Administrative and interpersonal skills are a must
Team player
Self-motivated
