FEMALE Reformer and Mat Pilates Instructor**

Work Experience:-
Minimum of 2 of experience as a certified Pilates Instructor, with a proven track record of teaching Reformer and Mat Pilates classes effectively.
- Experience working with clients of various fitness levels, from beginners to advanced practitioners.
- Demonstrated ability to provide individualized modifications and adjustments to ensure a safe and challenging workout for all participants.

Qualifications:
-Fluent in English
- Certified Pilates Instructor with specialization in both Reformer and Mat Pilates through a reputable and recognized certification program e.g., STOTT Pilates, BASI Pilates, Peak Pilates, etc..
- In-depth understanding of Pilates principles, techniques, and methodologies, particularly in the context of Reformer and Mat exercises.- Strong verbal communication skills, enabling clear and concise instruction to clients during classes.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree Specific Equipment Training
:- Comprehensive training and experience working with Reformer equipment, including setting up, adjusting, and maintaining the machines.
- Proficiency in utilizing various Reformer attachments and props to enhance the Pilates experience
.- Familiarity with Mat Pilates equipment and props, incorporating them into classes to provide variety and challenge.

Additional Skills:-
Excellent interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and foster a sense of community within the studio.
- Strong organizational abilities to plan and structure engaging and well-balanced Pilates classes.- Energetic and motivational presence to inspire clients to push their limits and achieve their fitness goals.
- Continuous commitment to personal and professional growth, staying updated on the latest Pilates trends and developments.
