Brand Marketing Asistant Specialist

We are looking for Brand Marketing Asistant Specialist for our leading company in aviation industry.

• Support development of annual marketing strategies and plan for assigned guest segments in line with business objectives for all markets in the network.
• Conduct market research required to generate the necessary insight to develop marketing strategies.
• Develop and implement 360 marketing campaigns.
• Work with the media agency in development and implementation of media plans.
• Leading the execution of key business strategies, consumer programs, CRM techniques to recruit new consumers, increase the loyalty and frequency for assigned consumer segments.
• Develop and implement promotion campaigns, working closely with the revenue management team, to recruit new consumers, and to increase frequency of existing consumers.
• Identify areas of improvement for customer satisfaction, and develop plans to improve the level of customer satisfaction.
• Work closely with online marketing team and digital marketing agency in development of online marketing plan.
• Work closely with PR&sponsorships marketing for relevant campaigns
• Develop communication for sales promotions

• Total of 0-3 year experience at related position; preferable experience in one or more of the following fields: product management, product development, e-commerce, business development and marketing
• Analytical marketing and project management is key; should be able to apply financial disciplines
• Ability to develop consumer insight and build a plan based on these insights.  
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong and close collaboration with all internal and external parties required
• Someone who can work as part of a team and with other functions.
• Someone who is aware of latest trends and the outside world.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial workplace with shifting priorities; understands how to get work done and meet deadlines in this environment.
• A fast learner capable of producing in a short time frame.
• Presentable; must be able to express thoughts effectively
